A Brief History

Pat comes from a family of Realtors and has been involved in Real Estate since she was a teenager in Vancouver, helping her Realtor father. "I started at 14 years old answering the evening and weekend phones at my father's office, assisting my Father at open houses, putting up signs and delivering flyers." With 30+ years in Real Estate sales her Father was an excellent teacher.

Pat worked as an Administrator for several Real Estate companies throughout high school, then started her own company managing rental properties. She has managed buildings in Prince George, Chilliwack, Penticton and all over the Vancouver area. Five years later, in 1980, Pat obtained her Real Estate License.

After nine award winning years in Vancouver Real Estate sales, Pat moved to Victoria.

Pat interviewed several Real Estate companies before finding the perfect match with Newport Realty. Pat wanted to be associated with the highest calibre of office and Realtors.
